- Contour Fixture: Composed of a support mold main body, contour block, and positioning pin assembly. The contour block's surface is CNC-machined for precise fitting with products, ensuring accurate positioning of special-shaped surfaces. The positioning pin enables precise secondary positioning of products, guaranteeing processing accuracy after clamping.
- Waterjet Robotic Arm: Includes a robotic arm base, high-pressure pipe, robotic arm, cutter head seat, and cutter head. Equipped with the ABB-IRB2600 robotic arm, the three-axis cutter head is connected to the robotic arm via the cutter head seat, with cutting materials supplied through coiled high-pressure pipelines.
- Gantry Frame Components: Adopts a welded square tube structure with bolted connections, offering stable and reliable support for the entire equipment.
- Other Auxiliary Equipment: Equipped with a 420MPa high-pressure pump, supplied with water by a water softener for pure water cutting. A cyclone dust removal device is installed to maintain a clean working environment. The operation unit is controlled via a human-machine interface, and a wastewater collection sump is built under the workbench for regular cleaning to maintain regional hygiene.
